We have all been there:
Something negative happened at the start of the day and instead of moving forward and take it for what it is (just a bad moment) we literally let it ruin our entire day !
Well , let’s stop doing that and learn that a moment is a moment, it doesn’t have to determine the next 24, 48hrs or more!
Most of the time you can’t change what happened, so the best thing to do is to learn the lesson from it, if any, apologize if needed, and switch the mood controlling what you actually have power on , the present moment!
