End of year drinks what an awesome community everyone away keeping in touch huge thanks to Rama, Robert, Brappy, Michael, and Sue who always puts in a fabulous effort- training harder than anyone and newcomer Peter who became part of the woodwork straight away training super hard, putting himself on the line and making a huge effort to bring people together i see u 👀 awesome effort- at the end of the day martial arts are simple- keep turning up - get good. On another level all those times you turned up when u didn’t feel like it are rewarded with fitness, strategic abilities and life long friendships forged through efforts, suffering and the realness of the mat where you can’t hide who you really are but you do get the opportunity to to change
