Yesterday we wrapped up 2025/26 with our Senior Presentations at our Major Sponsor the Meadows Hotel.

Was a great opportunity to say thanks to players, supporters, volunteers, committee members and sponsors for their efforts and contributions in 2025/26.

We also inducted 3 new Life Members - Chad Dawe, Haydn Reid & Rohan Reid. Between the 3 of them have:

- 35+ A Grade Premierships
- 1150+ A Grade Wickets
- 30,000+ A Grade Runs
- 60+ years service on the MCC Committee, Coaching junior teams, working Bs, Mowing Ovals etc.

And it doesn’t stop there and we can’t thank them enough and we look forward to them adding to those totals!

Sadly our junior season come to an end with our U14s and U16s just missing finals! However there is still a lot to celebrate!

The Meadows Sports Club AGM is coming up this Monday 2nd March at 7:00pm at the Meadows Sports Complex — and this one really matters.

[ For those that don't know ]
The Meadows Sports Club is the umbrella body that oversees and manages the entire complex.

They work behind the scenes to keep the doors open, the lights on, the grounds maintained, and the facilities improving for Cricket, Netball, Football and Tennis.

They do their absolute best — but they can’t do it alone.

This club belongs to all of us. Every player, parent, supporter and volunteer benefits from the work done by the Sports Club committee.

Now it’s our turn to show up and support them.

Wow where did January go! This come around quick. Weather is looking great.

Whether you have played 1 game or 100 we are calling on all past players to bring the family along and join us for a drink and a feed!

We will also celebrate the 05/06 A Grade Premiership with a happy hour between 5 and 6pm!

Everyone is welcome to come down and enjoy a great day at the cricket!
