Please know that this event is for ALL ladies. We would love to see mums, girlfriends, wives, players, friends etc. This event is being held so we can all come together and get to know one another.

Heaps Good will have a tasting station for us and, together with Bleasdale, will be offering drink specials.

And because this event is Old Skool, we are hoping you can all bring along some of the old fashioned money (not just digital) but some coins. We will be playing some games that require coins, and the proceeds will go towards Pancreatic Cancer.

So please get amongst it ladies and show us your support.

COUNT DOWN TILL ROUND ONE IS WELL UNDER WAY 🎉

Last night we had our first combine training session for the u/14, u/17 and senior women and it was an absolute success. It was an unreal turnout, with some outstanding talent coming through the ranks!

If you’ve considered playing footy there is still plenty of time to come out and give it a go!

Come and try girls footy! In 2023, the Mount Barker Football Club Women's aims to field both an under 14s and under 17s side. If you or your child has ever wanted to play footy, pop along to our come and try session on November 21 at Hanson Oval, Mount Barker. We look forward to seeing you there!

Congratulations to Stacey Schubert, who was the deserving winner of the Franke Howe Perpetual Trophy for a second time! Sorry for the delay on this post, but what Stace does for the club leaves us speechless 🤭 this award is not only about someone who is a great team person, but it’s also about what they give and do for the club. Stace has done so much behind the scenes for women’s footy at Mount Barker this year; she organised and helped arrange so many on field and off field structures, learned the women’s directors role, went to meetings and helped with training structures. The Mount Barker Football Club is so blessed to have an angel like Stace around 😇

Congratulations to Kiahn Bockman, who was named best forward for season 2022 at our presentation night! This season Kiahn tried her hand at multiple positions on the field, but it was in the forward line where she was most at home, collecting ground balls, kicking some sneaky goals, and giving plenty of goal assists as well🏅
