I know what it’s like, trying to fill your own cup as a parent while juggling all the responsibilities. The (unnecessary) guilt of trying to carve out time for Pilates. So, turn it into an outing. Send a loved one over to the Lilyponds playground while you enjoy your class. It’s an easy way for them to spend 45 minutes playing in nature, and then you can either join their fun or meet back at one of the local cafes for coffee and treats. My downstairs neighbour .0 are currently offering FREE babyccinos with main coffee orders, just to sweeten the deal. 🥰

Our new Winter timetable is live from next week YAY. Our Energise Circuit has been added to two Tuesday evening timeslots, and we also have a brand new Mobilise Circuit at 12.15pm Wednesdays.
