On Saturday our Seniors take the field at Kawana Stadium to play Mary Valley in the 2022 Grand Final. To say we are very excited is a bit of an understatement. We as a club are very lucky to have an amazing bunch of men playing for us and whatever the outcome on Saturday the club is immensely proud of these guys who pull on the Devils jersey each week. Congratulations guys on an awesome season, well done👏🏼👏🏼. We also thank John and his staff for their work throughout the season.
Importantly we thank our supporters who have followed and backed the team during the year, your support is greatly appreciated. Lastly we cannot express our thanks and appreciation enough to our sponsors for their support throughout the year. Big day on Sat 10th. Palmwoods seniors play Mary Valley in the big one. There is many supporters on here so get on down to the Kawana Stadium at 12.40 pm & support our team.
It’s been a big year for the Devils Seniors starting with our Xmas party last year which over 60 attended, so we knew then 2022 was going to be a big year for us
Then in February we ran the season launch & our team of the decade which again was well attended with over 70 guests , even though it was flooding .
On top of that the team had many BBQs & regular beverages after training at the clubhouse. These were great nights.
And just recently our team ran the Ladies Day at our last home game .
And had a captains run with a BBQ afterwards just before our hit out in first semi which we beat Mary Valley to advance to the GF .
So proud of you fellows. You have been great on & off the field. And the final social occasion before the GF will be our GF dinner this Friday night .
As you can see with all these social occasions we have not only played football but made our team a family team enjoying each other’s company . If we do happen to win on Saturday it will be the icing after having a great social year .
Win or lose fellows it was a great year.
We need all the sideline support we can get on Saturday so hope to see you there.

A couple of weeks we were excited to learn that we had been successful in getting a grant from Community Gambling to replace the floor coverings in the clubhouse. Yesterday we made the decision to use vinyl longboard planks in the downstairs area and charcoal black coloured carpet squares for upstairs. We are excited for a fresh new look inside the clubhouse. See the pic below of the vinyl longboard look which is Twilight Oak. Many thanks to Gene Dale from Flash Floors and past sponsor of of Senior team who’s going to lay our new flooring.

It is with great sadness that we offer our deepest condolences and sympathy to Kerry, Ben, Cassy & Georgia on the passing of their husband and dad Greg Brown.
Greg and Kerry are valued members of our club for the work and support they did for the club when their son Ben played for us. Greg was team manager and ran water on game days for Bens team, meanwhile Kerry as owner of the Sunshine Valley Gazette supported our club with advertising. Sending our love, support and lots of hugs to the Browns and their extended families.

Great news we have received confirmation of being recipients of a Community Gambling fund grant of $27,250.00 to replace the flooring in the clubhouse. Looking forward to a fresh look in the clubhouse very shortly.
