The Strong Body Project has officially begun 🤍
Yesterday we kicked things off with our onboarding workshop — going through scans, setting the foundation, and helping everyone understand what this program is really about.
And today… our very first class 💪
We have 8 incredible people stepping into our very first block — which is all the spots we had available — and honestly, this one feels special.
Because this isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s not about chasing weight loss or comparing yourself to anyone else.
It’s about learning how to train with purpose.
It’s about building strength that actually supports your body, your lifestyle, and your mind.
One of the biggest things we spoke about is this:
This isn’t about how you look — it’s about how you feel.
Every single person in this group has their own reason for being here.
To feel stronger.
To build confidence.
To support their mental health.
To challenge themselves.
To create something sustainable.
And that’s what matters.
Today’s session was all about finding a starting point — learning what weights feel right, where they’re at, and setting the tone for the weeks ahead.
No pressure. No perfection. Just showing up and doing the work.
This is just the beginning of a new direction for us — one that’s more intentional, more supportive, and focused on long-term results.
And we’re only just getting started.
We’re so excited to guide this group over the next 8 weeks and watch what unfolds 🔥
