🌊 Hello Aqua Family! 🌞

I wanted to share some exciting news — I’ve officially started working as a Personal Trainer at Mackay Avanti Health Centre! I’m thrilled to be part of their amazing team and to help even more people stay active, strong, and confident.

As you know, our Aqua Aerobics classes are fantastic… but they do depend on the weather. Last Wednesday we were lucky — the rain held off until the last five minutes. This morning, though, the weather had other plans and I had to cancel.

But as I’m writing this, the sky is clearing, the sun is shining, and it’s such a relief to see blue skies again after all the heavy rain we’ve had.

That’s why I always encourage everyone to have a Plan B. With me now working at Avanti, you’re always welcome to come and check out the facility. It’s a great option for days when the pool isn’t cooperating. Aqua is amazing for fitness, fun, and community — and having a backup keeps you moving no matter what the weather throws at us.

Let’s stay active together, in the pool or on dry land. 💙

Welcome Elena to Avanti Health Centre Mackay! 🎉

We’re excited to introduce Elena, our newest Personal Trainer here at Avanti.

Elena brings a warm, supportive approach to fitness and is passionate about helping members build confidence, strength, and healthy habits. Her sessions are designed to feel achievable, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone.

We’re also adding new classes soon, including Dance Fit and Strength/Cardio Circuits, with Elena leading these sessions.

Be sure to give Elena a big Avanti welcome when you see her around the gym! 💪✨
