APRIL POST NATAL PROGRAM 💫
Our April Program wrapped up this week and over the past six weeks, these new mums have shown up for themselves to support their post natal bodies, and laid strong foundations for their future fitness goals.
The ‘Return to Exercise’ Program is not about “bouncing back.”
It’s about education and moving forward with knowledge, confidence, and a body that feels capable and strong.
Over the program we focused on:
✔️ Understanding the post natal body
✔️ Breathing, core and pelvic floor re-connection
✔️ Strength and movement foundations
✔️ Gradual progression of strength and cardio fitness
✔️ Building confidence for a safe return to exercise
A group of new mums who started as strangers, coming together each week to move, laugh, and support one another - forming a connection that will last beyond the training room 🫶🏻
Showing up when exhausted from new mum life is not easy. But being surrounded by others who truly get it makes a difference.
