My coaching background includes being a ASCTA bronze level swimming coach, Certified Triathlon Performance Coach, IRONMAN Certified Coach, L1 Sports Medicine Australia Sports Trainer, UQ Grad Cert App Sc Sports Coaching. Depending our your needs individualized training programs can be delivered via the Internet and Training Peaks or check out our group sessions. Bookings are appreciated.
