🗓️ WHEN? Every Tuesday 4:15pm with Bre

⚡️WHAT IS IT? A mix of traditional Mat Pilates and Barre exercises to strengthen & tone your entire body. The Barre offers support during standing strength exercises eg: Lunges and Squats. This class is suitable for everyone, as we will incorporate layers for you to choose your desired level of intensity.
