At the East Coast Taekwondo Academy we teach advanced kicking and punching techniques including jumping, spinning, blocking, break-falling, sparring tactics, self defence and many other specific techniques. Many of these are incorporated into pre-arranged movements that will teach the student an understanding of body strength and weaknesses. Students who can accomplish a good understanding of all

Congratulations students and a big thank you to Mr and Mrs Lee for attending our end of year grading (Sun 7th Dec). To all ECTA students, we are so proud of your achievements this year! Your dedication to training, perseverance, enthusiasm and spirit is to be commended. We hope you all have a very happy and relaxing Christmas holiday.
