🚨 DID YOU KNOW? 🚨

We’ve had a few questions about Pony Express entries, so just to clear things up…

👉 ENTRY FEES ARE PER TEAM — NOT PER PERSON! 👈

That means only ONE rider needs to nominate the team and complete the entry on Ridernet, then simply add your teammate during the process.

Split the cost with your riding partner, grab your mate, and get your team entered before registrations close!

You also DON’T need to compete in the full Queensland Championship series to race 🙌
We have Club Event Only classes available for riders who just want to come along and have a crack at Round 1 without chasing championship points.

Gates will be open from 3PM - 8PM FRIDAY. Then from 6.00AM SATURDAY morning — who’s ready for an epic weekend of racing?

📍 IMPORTANT ENTRY INFO
Please put 255 Chapman Rd, Wooderson into Google Maps.
This will take you to the Property Entry Point.
🚫 Entry to the event is adjacent to this address only. Don't enter this property!! Entry is on the corner over the marked grid.

⚠️ BIOSECURITY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED ⚠️
ALL vehicles, trailers and bikes MUST arrive CLEAN.
If you arrive with dirty vehicles, you will be directed to the Calliope Washdown Facility before entry will be permitted. If you are found to arrive with unclean vehicles or bikes you may be disqualified from racing!!! Please check in prior to setting up camp for vehicles to be inspected.

🏕️ CAMPING LAYOUT
Please check the campground layout before arriving:
➡️ Reverse your trailers into the grass dividers
➡️ Leave room for fellow campers to drive through
➡️ NO FIRES ALLOWED!! By request of the landowners.
➡️ Respect the marked Helipad area at all times

🚨 TEAM ENTRY REMINDER – PLEASE READ! 🚨

We've noticed a few teams are getting confused when entering through Ridernet, so here's a quick clarification:

✅ Only ONE rider from your team needs to log into Ridernet and create the team entry.

✅ During the entry process, simply add your teammate to the team entry.

❌ Do NOT have your teammate log in and enter the team again – this can create duplicate entries and extra admin work.

💰 The entry fee is PER TEAM, not per rider.
That means your team pays one entry fee which covers both riders in the team.

If you've already organised your teammate, all you need is one person to complete the registration and add the second rider.
