Yes, you can use the sauna after training, but most people do it wrong. 🔥
Finishing a hard session and jumping straight in (heart rate high, already dehydrated) is a recipe for feeling wiped out.
Cool down first. Get your fluids in. Then use the sauna the way it's meant to be used.
Do it right and you'll actually walk out feeling better.
