I’ve been a bit MIA on social media but I wanted to share a little update on something I have been working on (not my usual funny style content but something I way my brand to be known for) 🙌

STAY ANOTHER DAY 🫶

I love raising funds for mental health charities but I want to do it more often than the fitness challenges I put myself through every few years 😅

The goal behind making these hoodies is that I make a comforting and favourite hoodie style of jumper that can serve as a small and subtle reminder to someone to stay another day 💪

It’s all still very early in the making. These are just samples and I will hopefully have some more updates soon, but for now I just wanted to share the first milestone in this new little journey ☺️

RIP Pa O’Dwyer

I have always looked up to people who made others feel seen and supported.

In the gym world, that was Pa O’Dwyer.

Pa showed what real gym culture is supposed to look like: respect, encouragement, and community. Not ego. Not intimidation. Not bullying.

He reminded us everyday that the gym and everywhere else, should be a place where everyone feels welcome.

We lost Pa, but his message lives on.

Be kind. And don’t be a maggot.

The annual January 1st gym message:

Don’t be a ….

Be the reason someone is less afraid of coming back to the gym.

Or better yet…

Be a reason why someone wants to come back because they had a positive experience.

The issue a lot of new year, new me gym goers face is a lack of motivation.

They haven’t fallen in love with the gym like the rest of us.

So just be nice to them.

Yeah the gym might get busier this month but it’s busier with potential gym mates, parents wanting to be healthier for their family, kids needing an outlet, a new mum getting fit after being pregnant or a person just to better their mental health.

So keep the sh*tty opinions to yourself
