Hello, My name is Fion. I'm from Hong Kong. I'm passionate about two things; fitness and mental health. Fitness has changed my life and I want to help people change their life too.
I truly believe that exercise is a strong tool to make yourself feel good, it releases endorphins and dopamine. I have seen many people improving their stress levels, emotional stability, become more confident, productive and enjoy their life.
My passion is training people and helping them improve their confidence, one of the most important things is your health. Your look shouldn't define your self-value but working on your health is essential for a happy life.
I personally lost weight from 90kg to 60kg, powerlifting over 300 KG. I train hard, I eat well. I feel stronger every day. Health is not just about only weight loss and gaining muscle, it is about developing the overall quality of life through habit and lifestyle, setting and achieving goals, improving mental health and a good relationship with food.
When I create a program or exercise I try to get as much information from my client because everyone simply has a different body, lifestyle and goals. Weight training combined with moderate cardio training will provide you body transformations with long-lasting body change! - no quick fix and no YOYOeffect.
I'm going to guide you push you and motivate you during your training session, I'll teach you how good movements are done and everything matters for your goal, regardless of what your goal is.
Whether you're walking into the gym for the first, second, third or even tenth time it's hard, but by pushing through those days you will thank yourself in the future.
