A Pilates qualification tells us you can teach Pilates .. it doesn’t tell us if you’ll be a Fifth instructor.

When we built the Fifth team, these were the things we looked for.

1. Do you understand that the workout isn’t the whole point?

The movement matters.
How people feel while they move matters more.

2. Do you care about people?

Learning names.
Remembering faces.
Knowing when someone needs encouragement.

The little things matter.

3. Can you create someone’s Twenty Fifth Hour?

Not their kids.
