🌼💛 ROSS DID IT! 🥶🌊

On Saturday 29th August, Ross joined Helen at Bluff Beach for the Cancer Council Daffodil Day Dip — and true to his word, he took the plunge and stayed in that cold water for 30 seconds!

What started as a challenge to raise $1,000 turned into an incredible community effort, with an amazing $1,532.98 raised! 🎉

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated, supported, shared, encouraged and came along to cheer Ross and Helen on. 💛

Your generosity will help support the Cancer Council and the important work they do for people affected by cancer.

📢 TIMETABLE CHANGES! 💪

A few of our upcoming BodyPump classes are getting a little heavier! 🔥

BodyPump will be replaced by BODYPUMP HEAVY on the following dates:

📅 Wednesday 2nd September – 5:30pm
📅 Wednesday 9th September – 6:00am
📅 Saturday 19th September – 9:45am

Get ready to lift a little heavier, challenge yourself and build strength! 💪🔥

We are absolutely thrilled to share that Xcel Fitness Devonport has been crowned the 2026 Outstanding Fitness Service Award winner at the Launceston & Northern Tasmania Local Business Awards! 🎉

After being announced as a finalist, we were incredibly proud to attend the awards on 12th August, and then to come home as winners was just incredible! 🥳

We are humbled and grateful for this recognition, which fuels our passion to continue inspiring and empowering individuals to reach their full potential!

This award means so much to our team because it recognises not only what we do, but the amazing community that makes Xcel Fitness what it is.

Thanks to your amazing support, we’ve smashed past our $500 goal — which means Ross is officially joining Helen for the Daffodil Day Dip! 🌊😂

- GRIT will be at 4:30pm, not the usual 4:45pm
