Just popped up in my Google pics history, 3 years ago today, I was awarded my black belt by Dan Ward from . Not only my coach but a great mentor and friend, someone who always strives to add value to his coaches, clubs and affiliates. I know it is a cliche but I really do feel like black belt is just the beginning. The learning never stops and the responsibilities that come with the rank, alongside being a coach, bring about new, challenging, and ultimately very rewarding life lessons and insights.
