Sometimes I forget to look back…
I’m always focused on the next thing.
The next goal.
The next client to help.
The next program to improve.
The next version of myself I’m trying to become.
But every now and then I remind myself how far I’ve come.
Years ago I was just a mum who was trying to find something for herself.
Training became my outlet.
A place where I felt strong.
A place where I could challenge myself.
A place where I started to believe in myself again.
And slowly that changed everything.
I never imagined that one day I’d turn that passion into a career.
That one group class in Tennant Creek would become a business.
That I’d get to spend my days helping people realise they are capable of so much more than they think.
The funny thing is…
I used to think fitness was about changing your body.
But after all these years, I know it’s so much more than that.
It’s confidence.
It’s resilience.
It’s showing yourself that you can do hard things.
The weight lost, the muscle gained, the PBs… they’re amazing.
But watching someone walk taller with their head held high, believe in themselves again, and become someone they’re proud of…
That’s the part I’ll never get sick of ❤️
8+ years later and I’m so grateful for every person who has trusted me to be part of their journey.
Turns out it was never just about fitness.
