3 reasons you’re not building muscle ⬇️
1. You’re not training hard enough🏋🏽
-Under training is common but it’s something you’ll want to avoid. Under training won’t sufficiently stimulate your muscles thus leading to no gains
2. You don’t eat enough🥩🥦
-You don’t need to be in a 1000cal surplus to add muscle, anywhere between a 200-300 surplus is fine.
3. You have poor sleep quality😴
- Sleep is arguably one of the most important factors when trying to build muscle. Building muscle happens when we rest, try aim for 7-8hrs of sleep per night.
