3 reasons you’re not building muscle ⬇️

1. You’re not training hard enough🏋🏽
-Under training is common but it’s something you’ll want to avoid. Under training won’t sufficiently stimulate your muscles thus leading to no gains

2. You don’t eat enough🥩🥦
-You don’t need to be in a 1000cal surplus to add muscle, anywhere between a 200-300 surplus is fine.

3. You have poor sleep quality😴
- Sleep is arguably one of the most important factors when trying to build muscle. Building muscle happens when we rest, try aim for 7-8hrs of sleep per night.

I recently returned from a holiday in Samoa! So, here are 3 tips for getting back on track with your training & nutrition🥩🥗

1. Have clear goals
Be realistic, be clear and don’t set unachievable goals. Think about your current position and where you’d like to be, your goals should help you get to where you want to be.

2. Create a plan!
You’ve set your goals now you need structure to reach them. Think about your training & nutrition goals, make a plan that you can easily adhere to as you begin building those good habits & routines again.

3. Be easy on yourself!
We all go off track, being hard on yourself keeps you off track. The best thing you can do is start, don’t prolong it to another day, week or another month.
