Okay, okay, here is the short version of top 4 recommendations, also verified by my personal weight loss expert Finn. (You might remember her from my previous posts before and after losing nearly 70kg unassisted)
1. Keep a food diary and put in EVERYTHING, absolutely everything, that you swallowed. Calculate the calories and you might be very surprised what it adds up to.
2. Shop for a healthy and WELL BALANCED diet that you like
3. Set yourself a limit of 1500 or less calories per day
4. STICK TO IT for as long as it takes to get to the body weight you aim for.
Easy? Hell no! But possible!
