A lot of people approach fat loss like it has to be extreme-
Cut everything out, train harder, start fresh every Monday.

But most of the time, the people who actually lose weight and keep it off aren’t doing anything crazy

They’ve just built habits they can repeat consistently:
→ Eating with more structure
→ Prioritising protein
→ Moving more daily
→ Staying consistent through weekends
→ Learning how to stop the “all or nothing” cycle

Results usually come from simplifying things, not making them harder

And the goal shouldn’t just be losing weight quickly,
it should be building habits that still work six months from now.

Our beautiful daughter arrived earth-side on the 2nd of June at 6:07pm. Mum and bub are both doing well, and we’re completely in love.

We’re so grateful to have such an amazing community behind us

We’re soaking up every moment of this new chapter, but we’re also excited for what’s ahead. After a little time in the newborn bubble, we’ll be back, refreshed, recharged and ready to hit the ground running
