F45 is Australia's premium group training facility. A results based programming model, which prides itself on innovation, uniqueness and quality. F45 Cranbourne offers personal training in a group environment. We have bathroom facilities at the studio including 2 showers available for member use. We offer a free child minding service as part of our memberships. All of our memberships include unlimited training sessions, our 45 day challenges of which we run 5 each year, our health and wellness seminars, all parties and events.

WHAT. A. MORNING. 😭🔥

The energy was ELECTRIC, the studio was full of pink, and our F45 Cranbourne community showed up with so much heart for something bigger than ourselves. 🩷

Two incredible sessions, amazing people, sweaty smiles, plenty of high-fives and a whole lot of love. This is what community is all about — showing up, supporting each other and making a difference together. 🫶

And together, we raised $520 through raffle ticket sales! 🎉 Every ticket purchased and every bit of support helped make this morning extra special. 💗
