Introducing our 1:1 Nutrition Coaching client, Sarah 👏👏👏

Almost 10kg down since Jan 🤯

We couldn’t be more proud of Sarah for all the hard work she has put in since starting with us!

Sarah came to us with the goal of losing 12kg this year (along with the goal of learning how to eat better).

5 months in and she’s only 2kgs off her goal 🥳🥳🥳

Not only has she hit some huge goals with her physique, she has built some solid habits along the way.
Sarah was averaging 7k steps a day, now she easily hits her 9k a day step goal.

She has worked on habits around food and building consistency across the board.

Sarah is a working mumma of 2, and not once have we heard an excuse out of her throughout our journey. She takes full accountability, makes changes and gets the job done 🤝

We’re now embarking on a new journey of beginning Advanced Coaching where Sarah is learning how to create her own meal plans and build more independence 🤩

BLOCK 7- STRENGTH SUPERSETS
Starting February 5th
📍Cranbourne West & Somerville

This block is a mix of strength and endurance, and will focus on super-setting multiple movements together to get the most out of each muscle group and ensure we are targeting these groups correctly

Our class structures are results-driven, focusing on technique, progressive overload & overall fitness 📈

Members have access to all training programs via our app to track their progress📱

If you miss a session in our next block you can still complete in the gym at your own time!

CONSISTENCY > PERFECTION 🤝

In the 5 months Em has been with us, she has enjoyed her social life, been away on holidays, had bouts of being sick, and has STILL achieved these results 👏👏👏

It’s not about being 100% all the time- it’s about being consistent with hitting your targets.

It’s about having self-awareness around your hunger and fullness cues when eating out. Tuning into how you’re feeling as you’re eating and not eating past the point of feeling comfortable. Most people know when they’re pushing the limits; the goal is to avoid that behaviour.

It’s also about sticking to your routine outside of these social events, and continuing on with them once they’re over.

We couldn’t be more proud of you Em 🥹❤️
