There was no prize, no deadline, and no “8-week transformation” pressure.

Over the course of one 12-week block, three of our members collectively lost:
16% body fat
22kg of total body mass

Not because they did anything extreme but because they made a decision to tighten things up with their nutrition, trust the process, and become more consistent with their training.

That’s what real progress looks like.
