❤️ A LITTLE HELP NEEDED ❤️

As many of you know, our gym has now closed its doors, and we’re slowly working through everything that comes with closing such a special chapter.

Our gym equipment that hasn’t yet sold needs a safe, dry home for storage, and we’re hoping someone in our amazing community might be able to help.

We’re looking for a shed, warehouse, commercial space or even part of a larger space around Coffs Harbour or nearby.

If you have something available, know someone who might, or have a lead we could follow up, we would be so incredibly grateful. 🙏

We’ve been overwhelmed by the love and support from our community throughout this whole journey, and we’re hoping you might be able to help us one more time. ❤️

❤️ AND JUST LIKE THAT… OUR DOORS ARE CLOSED. ❤️

To say we feel overwhelmed is an understatement.

Overwhelmed by the incredible amount of love, support and generosity that has been showered upon us by our amazing community over these past few weeks.

We knew we were making an impact, but honestly… we had no idea just how big that impact was.

As we close the doors on our gym, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU.

Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors.

Thank you to those who trained with us, laughed with us, challenged themselves with us, cheered each other on and made this place what it was.

Thank you to our incredible members, our amazing staff and instructors, and everyone who supported us along the way.

You have made our journey so incredibly special. ❤️

Our gym was special, our gym was a community, a safe place

A place where friendships were made, confidence was built, goals were smashed, tears were shed, laughter was shared and so many memories were created.

You became our friends.
You became our family.
And you will always be a part of our story.

Our gym may be closed, but our hearts are so very full.

We leave this chapter with an enormous amount of gratitude for everything we have experienced and everyone we have had the privilege of meeting along the way.

We may be closing the doors, but the memories, friendships and connections we have made will never close.

Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for making our gym a home.

We will never forget it. ❤️

SUZI is home!! and offering you all a very special 75 minute class this Thursday evening

This will be Suzi’s last ever yoga class as sadly, she is hanging up her mat 😔 (so grateful 🙏🙏🙏)

You won’t want to miss this! You can expect;

A nourishing flow to honour everything the BB space has given us
Beginning with: Breathwork, Gentle & Mindful Movement…settling into Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) ... Please bring with you a blanket to stay warm and comfortable during Meditation)

We have had a LOT of interest in our closing down sale!

EVERYTHING MUST GO - EVERYTHING!!

Our last day of servicing our members is 1st September
On the 2nd September items can start to be collected/inspected/offers made etc.

We will be open from 10am - 2pm weekdays until the end of September or before

We have a lot of office items, chairs, mini bar fridge, microwave, server cupboard, air conditioners, computers, phones, Ipad, speakers, stationery, sound systems, flooring, gym equipment, plants and so much more!

Please help us by coming along and grabbing something you might need

There’s been so many laughs, sweaty sessions, big goals, PBs, friendships and memories made within these walls — and we want to make these last two weeks count! ❤️
