Another fantastic result from one of our KOT athletes! 💙

A huge congratulations to Archer, who won the Discus at his School District Championships!

Archer has been putting in plenty of hard work at training, and it’s great to see that work paying off in competition.

One of the biggest signs of his development is that Archer is now throwing further with a heavier discus than he was using last year — a great indication of how much his technique, strength and confidence have progressed.

Well done, Archer! Keep working hard and keep building — we’re very proud of your progress. 💙

Another fantastic result from the Victorian All Schools Relays! 💙🥈

A huge congratulations to Cleo, one of our KOT athletes, who represented her school in the U16 Medley Relay, helping her team race to a fantastic Silver medal!

It’s great to see Cleo putting all her hard work at training into action and delivering another strong performance on the track.

A fantastic team effort and another very proud KOT moment. 💙

A fantastic result from last night’s Victorian All Schools Relays! 💙

A huge congratulations to Bridgette, one of our KOT athletes, who represented her school in the U18 Girls 4x100m Relay, helping her team race to a fantastic Silver medal!

It’s great to see Bridgett taking her speed and all the work she’s been putting in at training onto the track and delivering for her team.

Another fantastic achievement and a very proud KOT moment.

Congratulations to Nate Hall, one of our KOT athletes, who competed in the U20 4x400m Relay and came away with a Bronze medal!

A fantastic team performance and great to see Nate out there representing his school and putting his training into action on the track.

Fantastic result for the KOT girls at last night’s School Relays Challenge! 💙🏃‍♀️

Three of the four athletes in the U16 Girls 4x100m relay team are KOT athletes, and the girls put together a great run to come away with Bronze!

It’s always great seeing our athletes take what they’ve been working on at training and put it into action when representing their schools.

A great team effort and another proud KOT moment.

So proud of our KOT girls who were out competing and representing their schools at the Interschool Athletics Competition today! 💙

It was fantastic to see them putting all their hard work from training into competition, supporting each other and, most importantly, enjoying their athletics.

There were some fantastic performances across the track and field, and plenty of proud KOT moments throughout the day.

Full results are still pending and we’ll share them once they’re available.
