A positive week at netball with our First Nations activation on Wednesday night and clear weather for games on Friday night and Saturday ☀️. We had some great wins, some challenging losses and some Cardiff v Cardiff action on the weekend. Netball is about connection, working together, learning, doing our best and always doing it together regardless of the scoreboard result. 💚💛❤️🖤💛💚

We are looking forward to seeing everyone tonight. Free sausage sizzle for all members and families and a weaving workshop led by Sandy Clarke. 💚💛❤️🖤💛💚

Happy long weekend to our ‘Diff family.

We wanted to invite all of our players, volunteers & supporters to join us on Wednesday night (10 June) for a free sausage sizzle and activation to celebrate First Nations round.

We will have Sandy Clarke joining us from 4-7pm to run a drop in weaving workshop for our netball community. Each player can create a bracelet, or earrings, with Step-by-step guidance.

Wear something warm and come early, stay late, have fun, eat some food, connect with friends and show us your creativity.

This week is all about:
💚Trying something new
💛Being creative
❤️Having fun with teammates
🖤Connecting with our First Nations culture.

See you all there!

A request: We would love one (1) volunteer between 4.30-6.30 to help serve the sausage sizzle. If you will be there and can help for 30 mins, please add your name and the time you can do in the comments. 🙏 to our volunteers we are now covered.

Our developing umpires Lucy & Zoe are getting a lot of games in this year as they push for their National C badge. They were also able to show off our umpiring shirts with a graphic from of our First Nations artwork.
