Entries close in 24 hours for the first round of the Hunter Winter Series.

This event is run by the FDAT committee. This committee is made up of representatives from Kotara South Athletics Club Wallsend Athletics Club Newcastle City Little Athletics ANLAC Newcastle Runners

The goal of our Winter Series events is to provide opportunities for our local athletes to compete over the winter season when they lose access to their club grass tracks.

These two little pocket rockets represented their school (and Cardiff Little Athletics 💚💙) at the CSSA State Cross Country Championships today.

While we were desperately hoping for a muddy, exhausted "after" photo, we'll have to celebrate them while they're still looking clean and fresh!

A huge congratulations to Annabelle and Hallie on reaching the state stage and representing their school, their families and our Cardiff community with pride.

Well done, girls!

Little Athletics isn’t currently in season but our Cardiff athletes are still putting in the hard work!

Today, a number of our athletes competed at the School Regional Cross Country Championships at the racecourse. What an incredible effort from everyone involved.

Congratulations to:
Nikki, Emma, Tyler, Jeremy, Jacob, Elyse, Kyah and Riley

High School students Nikki, Emma, Tyler and Riley (not pictured) have qualified for STATE!

Jeremy, Elyse and Kiah also achieved fantastic results in the Primary Division, all placing and qualifying for STATE as well!

We are so proud to see our athletes continuing to train, compete and achieve outside of the Little Athletics season. Your dedication, resilience and hard work are paying off!
