I donât normally post things like this, but as the proud husband behind this amazing lady and after seeing Kerrilee and the team win the Quality Business Award for the second year in a row, I just wanted to give you a behind the scenes into my wife.
Most people see the classes, but they donât see everything that happens when the studio doors are closed.
They donât see Kerrilee waking up and checking messages before sheâs even had her first coffee. They donât see her answering messages at night while weâre trying to watch a movie because someone needs to swap classes or canât make it. Our TV gets paused more than Iâd like to admit because she wants to make sure everyone gets looked after.
Kerrilee spends hours making sure clients are booked into the right classes, juggling waitlists, and trying to make things work for everyone. She genuinely wants every person who walks through the doors to get the most out of every workout. Youâre never just another booking to her. She knows your names, she knows your goals, and she wants everyone to feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
Something else that makes me proud is the team sheâs built. Kerrilee has surrounded herself with the most amazing instructors. PPS isnât just a Pilates studio, itâs a family. They all care about each other, they support one another, and they genuinely care about every single client.
So next time youâre in the studio, give your instructor a pat on the back and congratulate them too. This award isnât just Kerrilee, itâs the whole teams. They all put so much into what they do, and it shows every single day.
And to my beautiful wife, Kerrilee, I couldnât be prouder of you. From the very first day you opened the doors, youâve given 110% to your studio, your instructors and every single client who walks through them. Your passion, commitment and genuine care for others are the reasons PPS has become such a special place.
To everyone who has supported PPS and become part of this amazing familyâthank you. And to Kerrilee, congratulations on this incredible achievement. Two years in a row, and no one deserves it more.
