After such a beautiful weekend with the sun shining and temperatures that were perfection 🌞 it’s now all cold, rainy and - well to be honest... a perfect couch and bingefest day ☔⛈️🛌
It may be very tempting to stay at home, ignore the world and as its a public holiday say “Bye World. See you tomorrow.” 👋
But should you?
No. Motivation is hard to come by on days like this and its easy to put your workout to the side, but willpower is what gets you up and moving.
Look at old pictures of goals achieved, or what you want to achieve, this will absolutely help! But….. Willpower is what you will use today.
➡️Get up off the couch, off the bed.
👟Get dressed.
🎒Grab your gym bag.
☕️Drink your prework out, or eat the pre-snack. Drink the coffee.
🚗 Head to the gym and get the work DONE!
This is when it matters, this is the hard part. When you have to force yourself to do it, not just because it feels great or ‘right”.
And when your finished? You will feel 🫶💪🏽🤸🏽♂️
So look around you, picture in your mind what you want to achieve, think of people, friends, family, those who inspire you.
Now pop your headphones on and block the world out. Time to get those gains and to just feel amazing.....
