Sad news.
A 1-star Google review was recently left on our page by someone who has never been a client of Elven Party.
We checked our records carefully — there is no booking or any interaction under this name. The reviewer is Ukrainian and most likely has never lived in Canberra, Australia. Her previous reviews are from Brooklyn (USA), West Melbourne, Florida (USA), and Mykolaiv (Ukraine).
As an Australian business owner with a Russian background, it is clear to me that this review was left for political reasons and has absolutely nothing to do with our work, our service, or the quality of our events.
What saddens me most is that people like this do not stop to consider how their actions affect others. This review does not only target me — it also unfairly impacts the team of young Australians who work for Elven Party and put real care and effort into every event.
We will not accept this type of behaviour without addressing it.
We will continue to protect the reputation of our team and the quality of the work we do.
We have already reported this review to Google as off-topic and hope they will make the right decision.
Our focus remains on the families and children we actually serve, and on the honest feedback we receive from our real clients.
