It wouldn't be an Australia based event without the incredible contribution of the one and only Trang Pham.

For those of you who don't know, (Mama) Trang has been documenting Australian events for quite some time now, and we cannot thank her enough for it.
Based in Brisbane, she's the epitome of a scene supporter and community leader. We love her, what she brings to the table, and also, she's a GREAT LEADER (also follows because porque no los dos?). If you haven't had the chance to have a delightful boogie with her yet, try and find her at the next event: you won't regret it.

We also want to take a moment to congratulate the finalists of our Open Mix&Match competition who had the pleasure of picking between an obscure but chilled tune Vs familiar but fast one. We loved seeing you take risks and run with it.

Next up, let's congratulate our Strictly Balboa competitors for the amazing dancing they showscased on the weekend. It was so lovely to watch them all throwdown to live music from Andrew Garton and his Pantheon of Swing!
