🏏 FREE Cricket Plyometrics & Technical Training – Cairns & Innisfail! 🏏

Qld Cricket and Cricket Far North are excited to offer a series of FREE Plyometrics & Technical Training sessions designed to help cricketers of all ages and abilities improve their game.

These sessions will focus on developing:
✅ Speed and acceleration
✅ Agility and change of direction
✅ Explosive power and athleticism
✅ Movement skills specific to batting, bowling, and fielding
✅ Technical cricket skills and game performance

Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your cricket to the next level, these sessions provide a fun, engaging, and challenging environment to build confidence and athletic performance.

At our end of season presentations, we were incredibly proud to announce three new Life Members of the club — Rodney, Mark and Noelle.

Each of them has contributed to the club in different ways over the years, helping shape and support the club both on and off the field. Their dedication, time and commitment to Rovers Cricket Club is greatly appreciated.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank our existing Life Members Josh, Dutto and Greg who were present on the evening to help present the acknowledgements and celebrate this special occasion.
