Edge Hill United Football Club strives to offer a family-friendly and fun environment that encourages healthy living, participation, skill development and socialisation. The club celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2017 and since its establishment has generated the likes of Frank Farina, Shane Steffanutto and Michael Thwaite. The club has a strong focus on player development and is committed to providing equal resources and opportunities to every club member. EHUFC's goal is to provide a fun, family orientated sporting club that encourages healthy living, participation and making new friends while playing in a team environment, learning and improving their skills in the world game. EHUFC is a Level 2 accredited "GOOD SPORTS CLUB" and Level One in the FFAs "National Club Accreditation Scheme (NCAS)". We have also achieved level 4 with the Cairns Regional Councils "Go Clubs" accreditation scheme. We have something to offer everyone - from tiger cubs (a fun and friendly introduction to football for 3-5 year olds) to senior premiers (a competitive environment that requires a high level of skill and fitness) and everyone in between. EHUFC has three full-size pitches, fill canteen/bar facilities, dedicated male and female change rooms/shower facilities, referee rooms and high-quality club equipment. We strive to provide a welcoming, stimulating and professional environment for every member of this club. We want to offer every player the opportunity for growth and continue to invest in our club. By involving both juniors and seniors in coaching, refereeing and committee roles, we want to maintain our reputation of being a family-oriented, community club where the players are proud to call themselves tigers.
