How often do you trust your gut? I am always up for something new. Generally, I like to meet to the person who has the offering. Or sus out the kind of person who is recommending it to me. And from there, I can usually decide pretty easily if it is worth my time, energy and money. This light frequency system creates a field to simply BE in. And it is very inspiring. After a couple of visits and a few sleep overs in this space… I am very impressed. More details coming soon. Symmone from the Healing Realm is next level.

What is it you want people to feel? To achieve? To know? How do you want to people live? What do you want them to experience?What mid-set would serve best - for the individual and the collective?
When I created my business name about 10 years ago… I asked myself these type of questions. And still the essence of these words continue to expand with my consciousness. Their significance. Their impact. Deeper and deeper meaning revealing itself as my understanding of life, abundance, love, creation and life force expands. At my next Breath & Sound event, we will step into the essence of how ‘Dynamic Freedom’ can change your life! And this theme will seep into my yoga classes more over the next while. When the room settles. The energy grounds - the breath surrenders…. The mind softens. This is when the true healing ramps up. The journey into the stillness is a powerful one. The practice to allow your body, nervous system, breath, mind and energy surrender into safety… is one we often don’t know or honour until we have walked it. Again and again.
