✨MEET GABBY / SCHEDULE UPDATES ✨ 

We are welcoming a fresh new face to our Instructor team - Introducing Gabby! 😍 

Gabby recently made the move across Australia from Byron Bay and is eager to teach our wonderful community! 🎉

Bringing a grounding and calming vibe into the studio, along with dynamic flows and a big smile; Gabby truly shines when she is teaching! ☀️

Taking over Wednesday mornings & seeing the addition of Sunday morning classes on the schedule, you will have every opportunity to get to one of her classes and experience the bliss and burn for yourself! 💙

Along with Gabby coming on board, we have made a few schedule changes to hopefully open up the schedule for more diversity and align with a few of the requests we have had from you all! 🥰

Wednesday Mornings w/ Gabby:
6AM Stretch & Release
7AM L2 Reformer Fusion
8:15AM Express Jumpboard
9:15AM L2 Reformer Fusion

Thursday Mornings w/ Caitlyn:
6AM L3 Reformer Fusion
7AM L2 Reformer Fusion
8:30AM Boxilates
9:30AM Mums & Bubs

Sunday Mornings w/ Gabby:
8:30AM L2 Reformer Fusion
9:30AM Stretch & Release

What a success our breathwork workshop was! ✨

Full of all the goodness and rest we all so needed, a beautiful little stretchy movement, followed by seated breathwork and then into (my personal fav) the yoga nidra (deep rest meditation). 😴

Flick was incredible and also bought in some cacao to finish off the session! We hope you all left feeling grounded and calm! 💙

In case you didn’t see or hear the news! 👀 Juene is BACCK! 🙌 Time to celebrate!

Thursday nights will be led by Juene with all her s***k, sass and stretchy vibes! Taking on 4:30 Reformer, 5:30 Reformer & 6:30 Stretch & Release! 🥳

We are so stoked to have Juene back in the studio, she brings warmth, knowledge and incredible programming to each class! I went to class last week so I know 😉 my legs are still tender! 😂
