VULNERABLE ๐Ÿ‘€ - 2 weeks post show โค๏ธ

To say I haven't been struggling would be a lie.

Seeing your body change from "prep look" is a massive mental game in itself. The last 2 weeks, I have suffered serious bloating, digestion issues, hormones going crazzy, and then got hit with Bali Belly to top it off has been a struggle.

For the last 2 weeks, I've allowed myself to enjoy life again in Bali post show, which was much needed. Also, allowing myself to rest from the gym (only trained 50%) maybe 3 times in the last 2 weeks due to being unwell.

Using this time to now embrace this new phase of my journey to use the food for fuel for this new growth phase physically and mentally for my exciting new future in competing.
