A big thank you to the beautiful women who attended the Complete Yoga Vasse half day retreat today. It was a day filled with chakra balancing yoga, wonderful creativity, yoga nidra, delicious food and lively conversation. A big thank you to The Barn, Margaret River for the gorgeous venue and to Sharon Williams for coaxing out our creativity. A fantastic day had by all.

I hope all the mums of 2 legged and 4 legged babies had a beautiful Mother's Day!

I really love this quote. The more of the good we acknowledge, the more of the good we receive in our lives.

Each night before I go to sleep I try to recall 3 things I was grateful for that day. I've been doing this for such a long time now that I find it easy but it can be a hard practice to start

I strongly believe that if we all focus on the good we see and the things we are grateful for that creates more good and gratitude in the world and that makes the world a better place for all of us 💚

Happy December yogis....It is not long until Christmas...a day that sometimes seems like a deadline of massive expectation, expense and commitment. I thought this was a lovely reminder to be compassionate with ourselves during this month. Christmas day is just one day out of 365. Our loved one love us regardless of presents, fancy Christmas decorations or perfect pavlova! So I hope that if you are feeling a bit overwhelmed this quote may help keep things on perspective and you can enjoy December 💜🌻

Thank you to everyone who attended the yoga and sound afternoon today. Thank you to the very talented Ann from Harmonic Sound Resonance for the soothing and grounding sounds. Thank you also to the The People Place Busselton for the lovely venue. It was a wonderful afternoon that left everyone feeling relaxed, calm and joyful. I'm so grateful to have been able to share this special afternoon with all of you. 💜
