Sometimes, we wonder what the hell we are doing!!?? This little post reminds us that just by being human and making our way through the world consciously and with kindness we are doing more than we realise. We do not need to make grand expansive gestures to have an impact. Small things can leave their mark too. Most of us can't make grand gestures any way. We can only do the small things. The small things are enough. 💜

A big thank you to everyone who attended the Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra evening on Saturday. It was such a restful and relaxing experience. I love running these events which give people a chance to slow down and surrender. I will be running another one of these evenings before the end of the year. 🌻💜

Happy Saturday yogis! I thought the quote below was so beautiful! From little things big things grow. All the quiet effort you are putting into something. They way you keep going despite obstacles. The hard slog with no exact end date. This quiet work, quiet doing, gradually over time culminates and manifests as something bigger. That thing you were working toward. The thing you had in mind for yourself. So don't stop. Don't lose the tiny seed in your pocket. Plant it, water it, nurture it and soon, when it's time, it will quietly become something magnificent. 💜
