Chocolate quinoa breakfast bowl πŸ˜‹
1/4 cup quinoa flakes
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
Add ingredients to saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer 2-3 mins. Serve with coconut yoghurt and blueberries. Bloody delicious πŸ˜‹

AMRAP is a fun way to change up your HIIT workouts. It stands for As Many Rounds/reps As Possible!! This style of training is great for conditioning & pushing your body to the limit within a set period of time. Keep track of how many rounds you complete on your first time and try to beat it next time!
