Our Mental Health First Aid Course with Dr Matthew Warren-James is happening this weekend, and we’re so excited to already have an amazing group of attendees booked in.

If you’ve been thinking about attending, this is your sign - there are still limited spaces remaining in this nationally recognised course through Mental Health First Aid Australia.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, and knowing how to recognise the signs, start supportive conversations, and respond with confidence can make a real difference.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll learn practical, evidence-based skills to support an adult experiencing a mental health problem or crisis - until professional help is available or the situation resolves.

This week, Andrea is teaching Anna the Grasshopper on the Ladder Barrel.

This advanced, prone-position Pilates exercise challenges spinal extension, shoulder stability and core control, while requiring strength, precision and deep body awareness.

A progression from exercises like Swimming and the Reformer Grasshopper, this movement focuses on deep hamstring engagement while maintaining a lifted, stable pelvis throughout.

This month at Inna Essence, we’re exploring Essence of Balance - the harmony between doing and being. 🌙

Balance is something we’re all searching for. Not just physical balance in how we move, but mental balance in how we think, feel and navigate daily life. It’s finding steadiness amidst busy schedules, creating moments of calm, and learning when to push forward - and when to pause.

As we move into the cooler season, June invites us into a gentle seasonal recalibration - a chance to reflect on our routines, make mindful choices, and reconnect with what helps us feel grounded and supported.

This month, we’ll be exploring balance in all its forms:
⚖️ Physical Balance - building strength, coordination and stability through Pilates, yoga and mindful movement
🧠 Mental & Emotional Balance - slowing down, breathing deeply, and making space for mindfulness and meditation
