It has been such a joy and a privilege to spend this year with all of you. As Joseph Pilates said, “Change happens through movement and movement heals,” and I’m so grateful we could share so much movement and growth together this year.

Based on my personal experiences as a pilates i structor and as a mum of two kids, I strongly recommend Pilates to mums-to-be which will be very helpful throughout your new journey including pregnancy, birth and postnatal care.

With small group classes of maximum 5 people, you will be guaranteed to get the personal attention you need to keep you safe.

It will also be a great chance to meet others in a similar stage of pregnancy to you.😊
