Wellness shouldn't stop with the grown ups. That's why we built a class just for the kids.

Our Kids Class gives ages 8 to 12 a chance to build confidence, focus and discipline through 30 minutes of circuit based games. It's exercise that doesn't feel like exercise, just movement, laughter and a genuinely supportive space to be part of.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:45pm. 8 week term begins Tuesday 28th July 2026 at The Gap.

$160 for 1x/week or $240 for 2x/week. Just 8 spots available.

30 minutes of circuit based games for ages 8 to 12, built around confidence, focus and discipline while they have a great time. No pressure, no comparison, just movement, laughter and a space where every child feels welcome.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:45pm, running for an 8 week term starting Tuesday 28th July 2026 at The Gap.
