Congratulations Fleur - May Member of the Month 🎉

Coming back to training after your first child is one of the quieter forms of courage. Three sessions a week, week after week, through one of the biggest shifts life throws at you.

We’re so glad you’re back. 🔥

Something’s coming.

USC Combine 2026. Saturday 15 August.

Four events. Strength, endurance, power, conditioning. Solo or with a mate. Open or Social.

This year we’re also proudly fundraising for the Queensland Children’s Hospital Oncology Prize Box - delivering toys and comfort to children at the QCH.

We’re announcing it now, three months out, so you can think about it, ask questions and actually train for it.

No commitment yet. Just put your hand up.

Check out the link in our bio or chat with a coach on the floor and we’ll keep you across the details.

Winter is the season that takes most people off track.

It gets colder, gets darker, and training quietly loses its pull. Sessions get missed. Momentum fades. And before long, winter’s just something that happened.

Winter Rise is built for exactly that.

Twelve weeks. Three things we’re chasing.

Strength. Conditioning. Direction.

Most people drift through winter.

This is built so you don’t.

It starts tomorrow.

Motivation gets way too much credit.

The people who actually stay in a routine aren’t the ones who feel like training every day. They’re the ones who’ve made ‘showing up’ easier than ‘not showing up.’

The simpler version of the session. The shorter one. The one that doesn’t feel impressive.

It works in winter because winter doesn’t reward willpower. It rewards the smallest version of consistency you can sustain.

If you’re trying to build a routine, the question isn’t ‘how do I get motivated.’ It’s ‘what’s the smallest version of this I’d actually do when I don’t feel like it.’

That’s the one that compounds.

Walking into a new gym for the first time can leave you feeling nervous and out of place.

You don’t know where to go. What’s expected. Whether you’re doing it right.

And even when no one says anything — you can feel it.

That’s usually where confidence drops. Not because people can’t do it. Because no one made it clear.

At USC, your first session is coached from the moment you walk in. We meet you, show you how everything works, and keep checking in throughout.

You’re not here to figure it out alone. That’s our job.

Most gyms remember your name.

We remember what your body’s been dealing with.

The shoulder that’s been tight.
The knee that’s been playing up.
The week that felt a little off.

So you don’t have to start from zero every time you walk in.

That’s real coaching.
That’s real support. 👊

Motivation comes and goes.

Consistency comes from building a routine you can actually keep showing up for.

Some days you push.
Some days you adjust.

The win is staying in it.

Before USC, Leisha struggled to feel confident getting back into training after an injury.

Like a lot of people, she’d tried pushing through in bigger group classes, got injured, and slowly lost confidence in the process.

Now, she’s training consistently, getting stronger, and enjoying her workouts again — all with the support of coaches who genuinely care and a program that adapts to real life.

At USC, it’s not about being perfect.
It’s about building something that actually lasts 🤝

Proud of you, Leisha 🫶
