PPNC is partnering with Netball NSW and Tackle Your Feelings to offer a free mental health workshop for our members.

Sunday 28th June 5pm to 6:30pm at the Avalon rec centre

Tackle Your Feelings is a free mental health training program for community netball players and coaches, as well as committee members, umpires and other club support staff. The program was formed by the AFL Coaches Association, AFL Players’ Association and Zurich Insurance in 2018.

Through this partnership, this program will be co-delivered by Netball NSW and a local Tackle Your Feelings psychologist. The workshop aims to help participants gain the tools to Understand, Recognise and Respond to signs of mental ill-health in their players and support general wellbeing.

Spaces are limited. Please book ahead and only if you can definitely attend.

PPNC hosted Dylan Nexhip (NSW Swifts Assistant coach) for his Midcourt skills workshop- he brought along Tayla Fraser who has just played her 100th game for the NSW Swifts!

Amazing results from Senior State Titles. The 15 yr Manly Rep team finished 3rd in the Championship division, only losing by 1 point to the winners of the State titles. 21 games over 3 days of competition. They did incredibly well! Congratulations to our PPNC Player and committee member- Indi Edwards! She has been selected as one of the five umpires this weekend at the Senior State titles.

We can't forget our amazing umpires!

While our players and officials prepare for Senior State Titles, we also want to recognise our talented umpires who have been selected to officiate across the three day event in Penrith.

Their selection is a reflection of the hard work, dedication and commitment they have shown throughout the season.

As you take the court over the weekend, know that your Manly Warringah netball family is cheering you on every step of the way.

A huge congratulations to our 13 Year Representative Team who took out their division at the ERNA Carnival last Saturday! 👏

The team demonstrated outstanding teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day, with all their hard work at training paying off on the court.

Well done to all players, coaches, manager and supporters on a fantastic result. We are incredibly proud of your efforts and the way you represented Manly Warringah.

150+ PPNC members turned up loud, proud and ready to cheer as the NSW Swifts took on the QLD Firebirds — and what a result! 🎉

From big plays to big smiles, it was an unforgettable day of netball, friendship and Club spirit. Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped create such an amazing atmosphere! A special thanks to Shonagh, our Events Coordinator, for making it all happen.
