Have you ever wanted to develop your personal protection skills and help others? Do you want to contribute to a fight greater than yourself?

Krav Maga Northern Beaches is hosting another Women's Workshop this coming August 19th! This workshop is designed to make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life on any given day. This course differs from other self-defence classes in that they start from the point of attack, and since I believe attacks begin before it becomes physical, we teach how to avoid the attack altogether.

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧

We will cover the basics of Krav Maga and give you the skills and tactics and avoid, prevent and survive a violent confrontation. This workshop will be an introduction to hand-to-hand defenses and non-lethal weapons.

In our interactive 120-minute workshop, we will go over basic strikes and combinations. You do not need any prior experience to attend. Whether you are looking for a class just for you or you want to bring friends and family, our goal is for you to leave informed, educated, and empowered.

It's official. Krav Maga Northern Beaches will be opening its doors again for regular live classes starting from Saturday, June 13th, 2020. We know some of you cannot wait to get back into class and neither can we. Class times will remain the same and children will come back to the same time slot they were enrolled in before the lock down. Please email us if you need clarification.

We take safety very seriously and we want to do right by each of you. So we will be undertaking the following preparations at the club:

• Increased cleaning
• Hand sanitisers before & after classes
• One child per four square meters of the gym
• Limited class sizes of 10 children. (Classes of more than 10 children, will be divided in the upstairs and downstairs gym)
• The waiting room will be temporarily closed. Parents are encouraged to wait in the car park for now (please be respectful to our neighbours and only park in Krav Maga designated spots)

It's been a crazy couple of months. But we will gradually be back into the swing of things over the next few weeks. We’re so thankful for your patronage and grateful for the support that you’ve shown through all this. We'll see you back at the club from the 13th!

Hello, everyone. It is a very challenging time for all, as we balance the government regulations, safety and social responsibilities of our business for you as our members and our team members. Our current circumstances only call for adaptability – agility – strength and unity! You have depended on us and we have your back today, tomorrow and every day after. Our team is amazing, our members are amazing, and we will get through this together!

We wanted to bring you the latest updates and what they mean for Krav Maga Northern Beaches following the New South Wales government announcements regarding the reopening of gyms and clubs for Step 2. As of this writing, Step 1 is being rolled out as we speak. Although no start date has been given for Step 2, we imagine that it will be in the next 4 to 6 weeks. We'll definitely keep everyone posted if we receive any updates.

I think we all agree with the saying, "Let’s unplug 2020…wait 60 seconds…and plug back in." But, this is our reality. We must choose to unite and support each other. We can’t wait until we proudly open our doors back and see you in person again soon! In the meantime, please enjoy our online virtual classes, those family dinners, board games, walks outside - of course, observing proper social distancing - and know that the Krav family is always here for you.
