🦁🦁 Yeah the Girls 🙌🏼

Harvey-Brunswick-Leschenault broke new ground in the South West Football League women’s competition with a 25-point win over Bunbury on Saturday.

The Lions women claimed their first-ever finals victory with a dominant 5.4 (34) to 0.3 (3) win over the Bulldogs in Saturday’s qualifying final at Sir Stewart Bovell Park.

Meanwhile, Donnybrook progressed to the first semifinal after overcoming Carey Park in a tight elimination final at Hands Oval on Sunday.

What a weekend! A huge well done to our 16s, 18s and Masters teams, who have fought their way through to the Preliminary Finals this Saturday! 👏🔥

And a massive congratulations to our Reserves and League teams, who showed incredible resilience, determination and fight, playing strong games right to the final whistle. 🫶

While the result may not have gone our way, we couldn’t be prouder of the way you represented our club and the season you have had. You have given it everything, and you should hold your heads high. 💪

Its FINALS TIME for our SWNFL Teams! 🏆🔥

And ALL 5 teams are playing! What an incredible achievement! We are incredibly proud of every player, coach, supporter and family member who has been part of this journey.

Seeing all five teams make it to the first round of finals is a huge testament to the hard work, dedication and belief shown throughout the season.

Now it’s time to trust the process, back yourselves and fight like a lion! 🦁🔥 Be brave, be relentless, fight for every ball and every moment. Give it everything you’ve got.

And whatever the results from here, WE ARE PROUD. ❤️
