Advanced Youth Class spots are available for athletes aged 13–14.
For clarification advanced youth simply means prepering the athlete to be ready to perform.a comprehensive program. If your athlete is looking to hit the ground running this off season and hasnt done strength training before, this is the class for you!
We focus heavily on:
Lifting Fundamentals: Mastering the mechanics of compound movements safely.
Cementing Movement Patterns: Building the muscle memory required for explosive power and injury prevention.
Building buy in: Making the sessions fun and enjoyable and allowing strength training to become.a regular part of their busy schedules.
Off-Season Readiness: We do the hard work now so that when the off-season hits, you can hit the ground running while others are still warming up.
📅 The Schedule
We offer small, focused classes of only 2–3 athletes to ensure personalized coaching:
Monday: 3:40 PM
Tuesday: 4:30 PM & 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 4:30 PM & 5:40 PM (Female-only session)
Thursday: 6:00 PM
💰 Investment
$45 per week (Term 2 contract)
45-minute sessions packed with high-level coaching on general fundamentals.
