Happy New Year 🎉 Zumba Gold with Helen is back!! So excited!! 🥳 First Zumba Gold class for 2026 today at Active for Life PAAC 👏 So wonderful to be back dancing with these beautiful smiley people and joining me was the wonderful 😍 It was so much fun !! Thank you everyone 💛💃🕺🎶
Can’t wait to see everyone next week for my other Zumba Gold with Helen classes on Tuesday 27 Jan 7pm and then at on Thursday 29 Jan and Monday 2 February 10.30am👏
